Called to order by Chairman Salentine. Also present were
Aldermen Penovich, Colburn, DeAngelis, Dumke, Gaetzke, Nilsson
and Tomczyk, City Clerk Stewart and City Attorney Molter.

Penovich moved, Tomczyk seconded, to approve minutes of meeting

closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the State

Penovich presented minutes of Finance Committee meeting held
April 4. 1984 and moved same be accepted and placed on file.
Seconded by Dumke, carried.
DeAngelis presented minutes of Public Sewer Committee meeting
held March 29, 1984 and moved same be accepted and placed on
file. Seconded by Gaetzke, carried.
0 Nilsson presented minutes of Public Welfare Committee meeting held April 4, 1984 and moved same be accepted and placed on
file. Seconded by Tomczyk, carried.
Dumke presented minutes of Public Works Committee meeting held
April 5, 1984 and moved same be accepted and placed on file.
Seconded by Penovich, carried.
April 9, 1984 and moved same be accepted and placed on file.
Tomczyk presented minutes of Public Safety Committee meeting held
Seconded by Colburn, carried.
The minutes of the 4/3/84 Plan Commission meeting were received
and placed on file.
Resolutions #54-84 and #58-84 were removed from agenda.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Ord.ij485 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (RS-3 to RS-3 00s-Schaal). On the floor, deferred from
3/27/84. Atty. Molter advised Deed Restriction submitted by Mr.
Schaal met with his approval, and must be recorded. Motion to
adopt carried unanimously.

Reso.#47-84 - Approval of Concept Establishing REC's (Residential
Equivalency Charges) Gaetzke moved to reconsider. Seconded by
DeAngelis, carried unanimously. Gaetzke moved to amend the
attached chart at the recommendation of the city engineers to
change the REC's for Multiple Family (1 bedroom or less) from
"Upon Application" to .75 REC, change Laundromat from l.OO/each
five washing machines to .333 per machine, and add new category
of Photo Lab at .4 REC per employee. DeAngelis seconded. The
Clerk read a letter dated April 10, 1984 from Jill's Fabricare
Center requesting their RECs be l.OO/each eight machines. Motion
Nilsson voting "yes" and Colburn and Tomczyk voting "no". Ald.
to amend carried 5-2 with Penovich, DeAngelis, Dumke, Gaetzke and
Colburn moved to amend i147-84 to change the chart for Laundromats
defeated 3-4 with Penovich, Colburn and Tomczyk voting "yes" and
to 1.00feach eight machines. Tomczyk seconded. Motion to amend
DeAngelis, Dumke, Gaetzke and Nilsson voting "no". Motion to
adopt i147-84 with amended chart adopted 6-1 with Tomczyk casting
only "no" vote.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE
0
Mayor announced FLOW meeting at Brookfield City Hall on
4/11/84. Mayor requested committee appointment recommendations
from aldermen. A Proclamation for "Green Up Muskego Week -
5/27/84 to 6/2/84" was read by Clerk.

Nilsson moved to read resolutions by title only. Tomczyk
seconded, carried unanimously.
Reso.i155-84 - Accepting the Report of the Board of Canvassers of
Nilsson seconded. Gaetzke moved to amend the attached chart by
the April 3, 1984 Spring Election. Tomczyk moved for adoption.
deleting reference to School Board. Seconded by DeAngelis,
carried. Reso. #55-85 with amended attachment adopted
unanimously.
Materials for the 1984 Road Improvement Program. Penovich moved

Project. (Western Landscape Contractors-$211,571.96 Base Bid).

Johnson. Nilsson moved for adoption. Penovich seconded, carried

Sewer Interceptor Project Contract 10-83. ($5,508.25) Nilsson
moved for adoption. DeAngelis seconded. Carried unanimously.
Reso.#68-84 - Authorizing Acceptance of Quote for Purchase of
adoption. Nilsson seconded, carried unanimously.

to Create Section 17:8.20 (Exclusive Agriculture) - 1st Reading

Ord.11491 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of operator's
licenses for Terence Ondrejech, Michael Lilach and Barbara
Godleski. Dumke seconded, carried.

Auxiliary Muskego Vol. Fire Co. at Muskego #2 Fire House - May
12, 1984. Nilsson seconded, carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in amount of $79,924.76. Nilsson seconded,
carried unanimously.
Nilsson moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers
in the amount of $148,569.37. Gaetzke seconded, carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT - Tomczyk moved to adjourn at 9:52 P.M. Colburn
seconded, carried.
