Called to order by Chairman Salentine. Also present were
Aldermen Penovich, Colburn, DeAngelis, Dumke, Gaetzke and
Nilsson, City Clerk Stewart and Atty. Molter. Ald. Tomczyk was
absent.
Penovich moved, Gaetzke seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held February 28, 1984. Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented Finance Committee minutes of meetings held
3/7/84 and 3/13/84 and moved same be accepted. Colburn seconded,
carried.
DeAngelis presented Public Sewer Committee minutes of meetings
held 3/2/84 and 3/8/84 and moved same be accepted. Gaetzke
seconded, carried.

NEW BUSINESS
Reso.#42-84 - Directing the City Attorney to Draft an Ordinance
to Amend the Zoning District Map of the City of Muskego (Sindic -
RS-Z(O0S) and RS-2 to B-4). Nilsson moved for adoption.
Penovich seconded, carried unanimously.
Reso.#43-84 - Directing the City Attorney to Draft an Ordinance
to Amend the Zoning District Map of the City of Muskego (Schaal -
RS-3 to RS-3 (00s). Nilsson moved for adoption. Gaetzke
restriction which would limit the use of this property to a

Reso.144-84 - Approval of 1984 Sewer Utility Budget. Nilsson

Bay Sewer Project. DeAngelis moved for adoption. Nilsson
seconded. Gaetzke moved to amend the second paragraph after
bids for the Bass Bay Sewer Project but not proceed to advertise
"Ruekert & Mielke" to read: "to prepare for the advertisement for

Reso.il47-84 - Approval of Concept Establishing REC's (Residential
Equivalency Charges). Nilsson moved for adoption. Gaetzke
categories with "Upon application" REC charges would be charged

LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
Licenses for Melvin Stover and Richard Jasinski subject to
favorable police reports. Colburn seconded, carried.
Penovich moved for approval of Gathering Permit for St. Leonard's
for 3/16/84. Colburn seconded, carried.
Muskego Lake Assn. - Idle Isle - 7/13-15/84. Colburn seconded.
Penovich moved for approval of Gathering Permit for Little
Colburn moved to defer until next meeting. Penovich seconded,
carried.
Penovich moved for approval of use of City Hall by Friends of
Library for Artsicrafts Fair - 417-8184. Nilsson seconded, carried.

VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of
General Vouchers in the amount of $174.741.35. Colburn seconded.

Nilsson moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in the amount of $6,582.22. Gaetzke seconded, carried
unanimously.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - The February Building Report indicating
8 dwelling units and total construction of $561,709 was reviewed
and placed on file.
ADJOURNMENT - Colburn moved to adjourn at 10:21 P.M. Nilsson
seconded, carried.
