MINUTES OF MEETING HELD November 8, 1983
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:32 P.M. Also present
Tomczyk. City Clerk Stewart and City Attorney Molter.
Penovich moved, Dumke seconded, to approve minutes of meeting held
10/25/83. Carried.
Notice of Closed Session was read. Penovich moved to convene into
closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1) b) of State Statutes to
Tomczyk, motion carried unanimously at 7:37 P.M.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of 11/2/83 and 11/8/83 Finance Committee
meetings and moved same be accepted. Colburn seconded, carried.
Dumke presented minutes of 11/3/83 Public Works Committee meeting
and moved same be accepted. Penovich seconded, carried.
The Plan Commission minutes of meeting held 11/1/83 were received
were Ald. Penovich, Colburn, DeAngelis, Dumke, Gaetzke, Nilsson and
and placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Reso.1286-83 - Approval/Disapproval of Grievance - Pedersen.
Colburn moved for adoption to "Approve". Nilsson seconded. The
motion was defeated 4-3 with Penovich, Colburn, Dumke and Tomczyk
voting "no" and DeAngelis, Gaetzke and Nilsson voting "yes".
Reso.i!271-83 - Approval of Holding Tank Agreement (Behrs). Nilsson
moved to TABLE. Seconded by Tomczyk, carried unanimously.
Reso.B297-83 (New Business) - Approval of Agreement (Behrs).
DeAngelis moved for adoption. Tomczyk seconded. Mayor reported on
his meeting with the county. This Agreement must be signed by the
Behrs and the City to stipulate to the order for a holding tank.
The City must monitor complaints regarding maintenance of the septic
system, and the Building Inspector will make the necessary

Reso.ij282-83 - Authorizing Execution of an Agreement for the Sale of
the Weed Harvestor to the Little Muskego Lake Protection and
Rehabilitation District. Tomczyk moved for adoption. Gaetzke
seconded. Agreement corrected to insert correct sales price of
$32,500. Carried unanimously.
Reso.#288-83 - Directing the City Engineers to Prepare the Woods
Road Sewer Project Assessment Roll. On the floor, deferred from
10/25/83 meeting. Nilsson moved to defer, Gaetzke seconded.
Carried unanimously.
Ord.#468 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code of
the City of Muskego (Sewerage System-Meters). Second reading.
Nilsson moved for adoption. Gaetzke seconded, carried unanimously.

DeAngelis moved for adoption. Tomczyk seconded. Mayor advised an
Informational Hearing on development of the park would be held at
City Hall on 12/14/83 at 7:OO P.M. Motion carried unanimously.
Reso.1299-83 - Authorizing Expenditure of TIF Funds and Advertising
for Bids (Glenbrook Drainage Project-$172,500). Penovich moved for
adoption. Colburn seconded, carried unanimously.
Ord.8472 - An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Muskego (RS-3 OED to RS-3 00s - Wade). 1st reading.
Ord.W473 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 3.10 of the Municipal Code
(Sewer Connection by Easement deleted) 1st reading.

Ord.8474 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 30 of the Municipal Code
(The Building Code) 1st reading.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of Operator's
Licenses for Patricia Urban, Janet Kachelmeier, Lori Venesky, Thomas
Wolfgram, Veronica Vander Heyden, Cindy Sponder, C. Mueller, Tim
Gillilan and Jeannie Fischer. Dumke seconded, carried unanimously.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of payment of General
Vouchers in the amount of $51,646.33. Nilsson seconded, carried e unanimously.
Nilsson moved for approval of payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $120.33. Gaetzke seconded, carried unanimously.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - Atty. Molter reported that all counts
dismissed with no liability on the part of the City.
