Also present were Aldermen Penovich, Colburn, DeAngelis, Dumke, Gaetzke, Nilsson and Tomczyk, City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter. Tomczyk moved, Penovich seconded, to approve minutes of meeting held 8/23/83. Carried. COMMITTEE REPORTS Penovich presented minutes of 9/7/83 and 9/13/83 Finance Committee meetings and moved same be accepted. Dumke seconded, carried. Dumke presented minutes of 8/25/83 and 9/8/83 Public Works Committee meetings and moved same be accepted. Penovich seconded, carried. Nilsson presented minutes of 9/12/83 Public Welfare Committee meeting and moved same be accepted. Tomczyk seconded, carried. The minutes of the Plan Commission meeting held 9/6/83 were re- e a ceived and placed on file. Colburn seconded, carried unanimously. Penovich moved for approval of Archery Permit for Hunter's Nest. Dumke seconded, carried. Penovich moved for approval of Rifle Range Permit for Hunter's Nest. Gaetzke seconded, carried unanimously. VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved for approval of general vouchers in the amount of $501,582.19. Dumke seconded, carried unanimously. Nilsson moved for approval of payment of sewer utility vouchers in the amount of $4,136.20. Gaetzke seconded, carried unanimously. CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - The Clerk read the August, 1983 Building Report indicating 11 dwelling units and total construction in the amount of $1,545,895 for August. Placed on file. The City Attorney acknowledged receipt of a lawsuit naming the HerdemannICity) city as a nominal party in a land contract suit (Roeske VS.
