MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 28, 1983
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 8:12 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Nilsson, Penovich, Colburn, Tomczyk, DeAngelis and
Gaetzke, City Clerk Stewart and City Attorney Molter. Ald. Dumke
was absent.
Penovich moved, Gaetzke seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held 6/14/83. Carried. e COMMITTEE REPORTS
Penovich presented minutes of 6/22/83 and 6/28/83 Finance
Committee meetings and moved same be accepted. Nilsson seconded.
Carried.
DeAngelis presented minutes of 6/16/83 Public Sewer Committee
meeting and moved same be accepted. Nilsson seconded. Carried.
Tomczyk presented minutes of 6/16/83 Rules, Laws and Ordinance
Committee meeting and moved same be accepted. Colburn seconded.
Carried.
Nilsson presented minutes of 6/23/83 Public Welfare Committee
meeting and moved same be accepted. DeAngelis seconded. Carried.

The minutes of the Plan Commission meeting held 6/21/83 were
received and placed on file.
PERSONAL APPEARANCE
Senator Lynn Adelman presented a Legislative Citation to June E.
Elger signed by himself and Representative Ray Moyer on behalf
of the State of Wisconsin, recognizing her 18 years of public
employment for the City of Muskego.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Resolution #69-83 - Approval of Contract Between HAWS and the
City for 1983. Colburn moved, Gaetzke seconded, to again defer
action. Carried unanimously.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor Salentine advised that an Informational Hearing would be
held by the Parks and Recreation Board on July 7, 1983 at 7:OO P.M.
at City Hall regarding Lake Meadows Park.
NEW BUSINESS
It was noted that Resolutions #182-83, #183-83, #185-83 and
#186-83 were removed from the agenda.
The following resolutions were acted upon:
#184-83 - As there were no objections, this resolution was acted

Interceptor Projects (totalling $5,511,628) Nilsson moved to

VOUCHER APPROVAL
Penovich moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the amount
of $204,036.07. Gaetzke seconded, carried unanimously.
Nilsson moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $23,382.51. Penovich seconded, carried unanimously.
COMMUNICATIONS
The Clerk acknowledged receipt of a petition requesting legal
lot status from Arleigh Kuschewski on Valley Dr. Same was re-
ferred to the Plan commission for review and recommendation.
ADJOURNMENT: Tomczyk moved to adjourn at 1O:lO P.M. Gaetzke
seconded, motion carried.
