MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 14, 1983
Called to order by Chairman Salentine at 8:28 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Nilsson, Penovich, Colburn, Tomczyk, DeAngelis and
Dumke, City Clerk Stewart and City Attorney Molter. Ald. Gaetzke
was absent.
Penovich moved, Colburn seconded, to approve minutes of meeting
held 5/24/03. Carried.
Committee Reports
Penovich presented minutes of 6/8/83 and 6/14/83 Finance Committee
meetings and moved same be accepted and placed on file. Dumke
seconded. Carried.
Colburn presented minutes of 6/2/83 and 6/9/83 Public Safety
Committee meetings and moved same be accepted. Tomczyk seconded.
Carried.
Dumke presented minutes of 6/9/83 Public Works Committee meeting
and moved same be accepted. Penovich seconded. Carried.
Minutes of Plan Commission meeting held 6/7/83 were received and
placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Resolution #69-83 - Approval of Contract Between HAWS and the
City for 1983. Colburn moved, Tomczyk, to again defer action.
Unanimously carried.
Ordinance #457 - An Ordinance to Amend Ch. 12 of the Municipal
Code (Temporary Operator's License). Clerk gave second reading.
Dumke moved, DeAngelis seconded to adopt. Unanimously carried.
Communications from Mayor's Office
The Clerk read Mayor's Proclamation urging Muskego's participation
in the "Pause for the Pledge" observance on Flag Day, June 14th,
and led those in attendance in the Pledge to the Flag.
NEW BUSINESS

#154-83 - Approval of Certified Survey Map (Feurstahler). Colburn
moved to adopt. Penovich seconded. Carried unanimously.
#155-83 - Approval of Certified Survey Map (City-owned parcel on
Fairfield). Colburn moved to adopt. DeAngelis seconded. Carried
unanimously.
City of Muskego. DeAngelis moved to adopt. Nilsson seconded.
#156-83 - Authorizing Lease Agreement Between Water Patrolmen and
Cariied unanimously.
#157-83 - Approval of Various License Applications for the City
Penovich moved to adopt. Tomczyk seconded. Tomczyk moved to
of Muskego for the Licensing Period July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984.
amend #157-83 by adding: "Be it further resolved that the approval
of the Class A Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor
License for McAdams of Muskego, Inc. (Pick 'n Save) is subject to
compliance with requirements of Sec. 12.01(5)(b) of the Municipal
Code and the restrictions established at the November 3, 1982
Finance Committee meeting." Penovich seconded. Carried 4-2 with
Penovich, DeAngelis, Dumke and Tomczyk voting "yes" and Colburn
and Nilsson voting "no". The motion to adopt #157-83 As Amended
carried unanimously.

Penovich seconded. Carried unanimously.
Relocation Expert to Carry Out the Relocation Order Known as
#161-83 - Resolution Authorizing the Hiring of an Appraiser and
Resolution #160-83. Nilsson moved to adopt. DeAngelis seconded,
carried unanimously.
#162-83 - Amended Relocation Order of the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin (Tess Corners Drainage Project).
Penovich moved to adopt. Dumke seconded, carried unanimously.
#163-83 - Appointment of Citizen Members to Library Board.
Nilsson moved to adopt. DeAngelis seconded, carried unanimously.
#164-83 - Authorizing the Purchase of Parcel of Land for Sewer
Interceptor (Wallace J. Syring). Penovich moved to adopt.
Nilsson seconded, carried unanimously.
#165-83 - Relocation Order of the City 'of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin (Tess Corners Watercourse Improvement Project -
TID #2 - Gaulke Dr.) Penovich moved to adopt. DeAngelis seconded,
carried unanimously.

Level. Dumke moved to adopt. Tomczyk seconded, carried unanimously.
#168-83 - Authorizing the Purchase of a Parcel of Land for Park
Purposes (Haut Property) - Lake Meadows Park. DeAngelis moved for

VOUCHER APPROVAL - Penovich moved to approve General Vouchers
in the amount of $439,579.17. Tomczyk seconded, motion carried.
Nilsson moved to approve Sewer Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$10,213.35. DeAngelis seconded, motion carried unanimously.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - The Clerk read the May, 1983 Building
Report indicating two dwelling units and total construction in
the amount of $241,635.00 for that month. Placed on file.
ADJOURNMENT - Nilsson moved to adjourn at 9:50 P.M. Colburn
seconded, motion carried.
