City Attorney Molter, Deputy Clerk Elger and City Clerk Stewart

Klenz moved, Tomczyk seconded, to approve minutes of rnccting held
H'is. Statute 19.85(1)(g), to go into closed session to confer tvith
Klenz moved, Tomczyk seconded, at 7.32 P.hl , in accordance witti
legal counsel for advice with respect to litigation of the claim of
the City #128 in the bankruptcy of Covenant Living Center, after
which time the regular meeting of the Council will reconvene. Upon
roll call the motion carried ununimously.
The regular meeting of the Council reconvened at 8 00 P.hl

Formal Offer to Purchase City-Owned Lot (Parcel 3 - LlcShane al~d
Nilsson moved, Treba seconded, to amend the 5th paragraph to add
Fairfield). (On the floor, deferred from 2/6/63 meeting.) Ald.
"with a 72 hour clause" after "formal offer", and to delete the 6th
paragraph. Upon roll call the motion carried with Colburn, Klenz,
Nilsson, Penqvich and Treba voting "aye" and Tomczyk and Dumkc voting
"no". Upon roll call the motion to adopt #26-83 As Amended carried
unanimously.
Ordinance #453 - An Ordinance to Amend Ch. 10.03 of the Municipal
Code of the City of hluskego. (On the floor, deferred from 2/8/63.)
Nilsson moved to table, Klenz seconded. Carried.

ment. Unanimously carried. Klenz moved to amend tlle fifth paragraph
by Treba. Unanimously carried. Upon roll call the motion to adopt
by deleting the words "Jacobsen Turfcats" from the resolution. Seconded
Resolution $33-83, As Amended, carried unanimously
COWUNICATION~ AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS - a Consulting Engineer, William Nielke, appeared at the meeting to
review for the Council the status of pending sewer projects in the
city. Attorney Dale Arenz appeared at thc meeting to revicw contract
negotiations between the city and hlNSD. FinaalConsulLant, Seegar
Swanson, was present at the meeting to review grants and aids and
costs of the pending sewer projects in the city.
Members of the Council discussed the possibility of lorming a citizen's
committee to evaluate the possible use of city-owned property surround-
ing Little Muskego Lake and the possible purchase of Dandilion Park
Committee in an effort to determine whether or not a committee should
by the city. Klenz moved to refer this matter back to the Finance
be named. Nilsson seconded the motion. Unanimously carried.
ADJOURNMENT - Nilsson moved to adjourn. Dumltc seconded. Carried.
The meeting adjourned at 10:52 P.M.
