MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 12, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Salentine at 7:45 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Klenz, Colburn, Dumke, Nilsson, Penovich, Tomczyk
and Treba, City Clerk Stewart and City Attorney Molter.

a Approval of Minutes - Ald. Klenz moved for the approval of minutes
of the orevious meetinas held on 9/28/82 and 10/6/82 and that same be
accepteh and placed on-file.
Committee Reports - Ald. Penovich presented the reports of the Finance
Committee meetings held 10/6/82 and 10/12/82 and moved that same be
accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.

#419, entitled, Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Operation

Ald. Treba moved to suspend the rules that would permit the second
reading of this ordinance in order that it could be acted upon at
this meeting. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Upon roll call the motion
carried with Ald. Colburn voting "no". The Clerk gave the second
reading of Ordinance #439. Ald. Treba moved for adoption. Seconded
by Ald. Tomczyk. Ald. Treba advised at a recently held meeting
solely for the purpose of discussing the proposed rezoning and to
to which neighbors and adjacent property owners were invited, no one
appeared that was opposed to the rezoning. Upon a roll call vote
the motion to adopt Ordinance #439 carried unanimously.
Ordinance #440 - The Clerk gave the first reading of same, entitled,

e VOUCHER APPROVAL - Ald. Klenz moved for the approval of payment of
vouchers in the amount of $146,082.98, payable 10/12/82. Seconded
by Ald. Penovich. Upon roll call the~motion carried unanimously.
Ald. Klenz moved for the payment of sewer utility vouchers in the
amount of $51,300.14. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Upon roll call

CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - The Clerk read the September, 1982 Building
Report indicating five new dwelling units and total construction for
that month in the amount of $397,880.00. Same placed on file.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS - The Clerk acknowledged
receipt of a petition for determination of the status of Lot 1,
Block 8, Muskego Shores Subdivision, submitted by Betty Ann Kivela
(Lillian Rapp property). Same referred to Plan Commission
