SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 6, 1982
The meeting was called to order at 9:47 P.M. by Chairman Salentine.
Also present were Aldermen Nilsson, Penovich, Colburn, Klenz,
Tomczyk, Dumke and Treba and City Clerk Stewart.
.' NEW BUSINESS
Resolution #190-82 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Authorizing the
City Attorney to Begin Legal Action Objecting to the 20 Percent
Special Charge By the Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation
District Of Their 1983 Budget Against the City. Ald. Penovich moved for adoption. Seconded by Ald. Treba. Ald. Klenz moved to amend
Resolution #190-82 by adding the third paragraph to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, the present action filed by the city against the Little
Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District regarding the
1982 special charge is pending", and to have the last paragraph
of the resolution read as follows: "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that
binding on this resolution." The motion to amend was seconded by
any decision rendered on the 1982 legal action taken shall be
men Klenz, Dumke, Nilsson, Tomczyk and Treba voted "aye". Aldermen
Ald. Penovich. Upon a roll call vote on the motion to amend, Alder-
Colburn and Tomczyk voted "no"
a roll call vote on the motion to adopt Resolution #190-82, As
. The motion to amend carried. Upon
Amended, Aldermen Klenz, Dumke, Nilsson, Penovich and Treba voted
adopt Resolution #190-82, As Amended, carried.
"aye". Aldermen Colburn and Tomczyk voted "no". The motion to
ADJOURNMENT - Ald. Penovich moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald.
Treba. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 1O:OO P.M.
