MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 3, 1981
0 The meeting was called to order at 7:47 P.M. by Mayor Jerome
e Gottfried at 7:47 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Steinberg,
Penovich, Klenz, Knudsen, Salentine and Dumke and City Clerk
Stewart. Ald. Radtke was absent.
Mayor Gottfried advised the reason a special meeting of the Council
was necessary was to correct a few minor errors in the boundary
descriptions of th e wards as they relate to Resolution
#174-81 prior to final review and approval by the Waukesha County
Board on November 10, 1981.
Ald. Salentine moved to reconsider Resolution #174-81, entitled,
Establishing Ward Boundaries Using 1980 Census Figures. Seconded
by Ald. Penovich. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
Ald. Salentine moved to amend Resolution #174-81 by adding the
following paragraph. :'BE IT FVRTHER RESOLVED that the descriptions
of the ward boundaries ab shown on Exhibit "A" are hereby approved
and adopted by the Common Council." Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Upon
a roll call vote the motion carried with Ald. Knudsen casting the
only dissenting vote.
Upon a roll call vote on the motion to adopt Resolution #174-81.
As Amended, the motion carried with Ald. Knudsen voting "no".
Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn, Seconded by Ald. Steinberg. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:51 P.M.
