MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 27, 1981
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Cottfried at 7:40 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Dumke, Klenz, Knudsen, Penovich, Radtke, Stein-

@ berg and Salentine, City Clerk Stewart and City Attorney Molter.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting held
10/13/81 and moved that snme be accepted and placed on file. Seconded
by Ald. Klenz. hlotion carried.
At this time Mayor Gottfried introduced the Webelo Scouting Troop
from Mill Valey School to the aldermen and others.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Ald. Salent'ine presented the report of the Finance Committee meeting
held 10/26/81 and moved that same be accepted and placed on file.
Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Motion carried.
Ald. Penovich presented the report of the Public Works Committee
meeting held 10/15/81 and moved that same be accepted and placed on
file. Seconded by Ald. Klena. Motion carried.
Ald. Penovich presented the report of the previous meeting held 10/15/8
and moved that same be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Ald.
Steinberg. Motion carried.
Ald. Klenz presented the report of the Public Sewer Committee meeting
held 10/19/81 and moved that same be accepted and placed on file.
Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Motion carried.
The minutes of the Plan Commission meeting held l0/20/8l were
acknowledged and placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Resolution #150-81, As Amended, Acceptance of Offer to Sell Lot 13,
Block 3, in the City's Industrial Park (Steskal). Ald. Dumke moved
for the reconsideration of same. Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Upon a
roll call vote on the motion to reconsider the motion carried with Ald.
Knudsen voting "no" . Ald. Dumke moved to delete the last paragraph and
have it read as follows: "BE IT RESOLVED that the monies needed to purchasr
and repaid upon the sale of that lot to the Capital Budget Unappropriata
Surplus"* Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Upon a roll call vote on the

Ordinance #416 - An Ordinance to Establish Aldermanic District

Aid. Dumke moved for adoption. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Upon roil
call the motion carried unanimously.
Resolution #173-81 - Resolution Relating to Milwaukee Metropolitan
Sewerage District Contract Fees. Ald. Salentine moved for adoption.
Seconded by Ald. Klenz. (This resolution objects to MMSD's formula
for capital cost recovery on equalized valuation and urges a formula
unanimously.

all documents of sale being acceptable to the city attorney". Motion
seconded by Ald. Radtke. Upon a voice vote the motion carried.
Upon a roll call vote on the motion to adopt Resolution #150-81, As
Amended, the motion carried with Ald. Knudsen voting "no".
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of vouchers
in the amount of $77,981.86. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Upon a roll
call vote the motion carried unanimously.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Salentine moved for the approval of Operator's
Windorski, Scott Giesegh, Dennis Sweeney, Richard Glaubitz and Daniel
Licenses for Daryl Windorski, Sandra Brower, Roxanne Glaubitz, Yvonne
Dorn. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried.
Ald.Salentine moved for the approval of a Class "B" Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Eldorado Mangement, Inc.
subject to the expiration of the necessary 15-day publication period.

Ald. Salentine moved for the approval of "Gathering" Permits for
the First Change Ice Rally on 2/7/81 and 2/21/81 (Badgerland 4x4) at
Meinen's Tavern and for St. Leonard's Church for 12/31/81. Seconded
by Ald. Klenz. Motion carried.

Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 10.07 P.M.
