MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 26, 1981
0 The meeting was called to order at 8:40 P.M. following a formal hearing
Fermented Malt Beverare and IntoxicatinE Liquor License for the 1981- relating to the renewal application of Audrey Oschmann for a Class "B"
a 1982 licensing year
Also present were Aldermen Steinberg, Penovich, Radtke, Klenz, Knudsen,
Salentine and Dumke, City Attorney Molter and City Clerk Stewart.

At this time Ald. Steinberg moved to have the Council go into closed
session to deliberate on the above hearing. Seconded by Ald. Dumke.
Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
The Council deliberated until 11:05 P M. when it reconvened in open
session The Clerk read the decision of the Common Council that it would
not be in the best interest of the community to renew the application
vote to uphold the decision, Aldermen Dumke, Knudsen, Penovich and
for alcholic beverage license for Audrey Oschmann. Upon a roll call
Steinberg voted "aye" Aldermen Klenz, Salentine and Radtke voted "no".
The decision not to renew said license application was upheld.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Ald. Dumke moved to approve the minutes of the
Ald. Penovich presented the report of the Public Works Committee meeting
held 5/21/81 and moved that same be accepted and placed on file. Seconded
by Ald. Klenz. Motion carried.

Ald. Radtke presented the report of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee

Seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Motion carried
held 5/20/81 and 5/26/81 and moved that same be accepted and placed on
Ald. Salentine presented the report of the Finance Committee meetings
file. Seconded by Ald. Radtke Motion carried.
The minutes of the Plan Commission meetings held 5/5/81 and 5/19/81
were received and placed on file.
Resolution #8&81 - Authorizing Lease Agreement Between Water Patrolmen
and the City oi Muskego Ald Salentine moved for adoption. Seconded
by Ald Penovich. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
Resolution #87-81 - Authorizing the Placement of Markers in Little
Muskego Lake. Ald Salentine moved for adoption Seconded by Ald
Radtke. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
Resolution #88-81 - Indicating the City's Willingness to Cooperate in
the Development of a Public Access on Bass Bay. Ald. Radtke moved for
adoption Seconded by Ald. Steinberg Upon roll call on the motion
to adopt the motion carried with Ald Klenz abstaining from the voting.
Resolution $189-81 - Approval of Lease Agreement Between R. Schaumberg
and Muskego Parks & Recreation Board. Ald. Penovich moved for adoption.
Seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.

Resolution #85-81 - Setting Public Hearing to Consider Request of a
Class "B" Fermentgd Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License
(Giese's) Ald. Salentine moved to reconsider same. Seconded by Ald.
Radtke Upon a roll call vote on the motion to reconsider the motion
carried unanimously. Ald Radtke moved to table Resolution $185-81.
Seconded by Ald. Steinberg. Upon roll call the motion to table carried
unanimously .

VOUCHER APPROVAL - Ald. Dumke moved for the approval of payment of
vouchers in the amount of $168,641.19 Seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Upon
roll call the motion carried unanimously.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Salentine moved for the approval of Operator
Licenses for Julie Bounton, Lloyd Olsen, Todd Flasch, Robert Riddle
and Craig Ballard, subject to receipt of favorable police reports.
Ald. Knudsen moved for the approval for Keith Dah1 to operate a
popcorn wagon in the city. Seconded by Ald Penovich. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT - Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald Steinberg.
Motion carried The meeting adjourned at 12:05 A.M
