MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 23, 19~80
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 7;40 p,pq elso
present were Aldermen Weed, Steinberg, Radtke, Van Lanen, Knudsen Dmke and Salentine, City Attorney Molter and City Clerk Stewart
Ald Weed moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting and
to have same placed on file Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Motion

Ald Weed presented the report of the Finance Committee meeting held
Ald. Radkte Motion carried.
12/17/80 and 12/23/80 and to have same placed on file. Seconded by
Ald Knudsen presented the report of the Public Safety Committee
meeting held 12/18/80 and moved that same be accepted and placed on
file. Seconded by Ald Van Lanen. Motion carried.
Ald Knudsen presented the report of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance
placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Radtke Motion carried.
Committee meeting held 12/11/80 and moved that same be accepted and
Ald. Van Lanen presented the report of the Public Welfare Committee
meeting held 12/11/80 and moved that same be accepted and placed on
file Seconded by Ald Weed. Motion carried.
The minutes of the Plan Commission meeting held 12/16/80 were re-
ceived and placed on file.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Ordinance $1403 - An Ordinance to Amend Ch. 9 of the Municipal Code
(Drinking in Public Places Prohibited). The Clerk read same and
Ald Knudsen moved to defer Ordinance #403 to have the Rules, Laws
and Ordinance Committee review the ordinance again. Seconded by Ald.
Van Lanen. Upon roll call the motion to defer carried unanimously

Ordinance {I407 - The Clerk gave the second reading of same, entitled,
An Ordinance to Amend Certain Provisions of Ch. 18 (Land Division Ordinance) of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego. Ald Dumke
moved for adovtion. Seconded by Ald. Van Lanen Upon roll call
the motion carried unanimously.
Resolution #191-80 - Approval of Agreement and Fees for Inspection
and Zoning Services for the Village of Big Bend. Ald. Weed moved
by Ald. Salentine. Motion carried upon roll call.

Resolution #199-80 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Authorizing the

0 Resolut'ion #205'-80 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of
Certified Survey Map - J. Beatka). Ald. Salentine moved for adoption
Seconded by Ald-. Vah Lanen. Upon roll call unanimously c:arried
4 Resolution 8206-80 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of Certified Survey Map (Kosobucki Brothers). Ald. Salentine moved
for adoption. Seconded by Ald. Van Lanen. Upon roll call unanim-
ously carried.
Resolution #207-80 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of
Certified Survey Map (City-owned property McShane Dr.-Fairfield Dr )
Ald Salentine moved for adoption. Seconded by Ald Dumke. Ald
paragraph BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the Common Council's

existing squads to be traded. Upon a roll call vote on the motion
to adopt Resolution #209-80 Aldermen Dumke, Radtke, Salentine and
Weed voted "aye". Aldermen Knudsen, Steinberg and Van Lanen voted "no".
The motion to adopt carried.
Resolution #210-80 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Establishing
Minimum Wage Salary for City Employees. Ald. Dumke moved for
adoption. Seconded by Ald. Weed (Effective 1/1/81 CETA employees
to receive $3.35h.r, Upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
Resolution #211-80 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of
Agreement with Department of Aging for Nutritional Program CDenoon

general vouchers in the amount of $277,930 47. Seconded by Ald.
Radtke. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously
Ald. Weed moved for the approval of payment of Sewer Utility
vouchers in the amount of $55,523 90. Seconded by Ald Dumke.
Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Weed moved for the approval of an Operator
License for Gerald Reinhartlt. Seconded by Ald. Radtke. Upon a
voice vote the motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT - Ald Weed moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Steinberg
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 10 10 P M.
