MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 9, 1980
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 7:35 P.M. Also
Salentine and Dumke, City Pttorney Molter and City Clerk Stewart.

of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego. Ald. Dd.e moved for
adoption. Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Upon a roll call vote the motion
carried unanimously.
Resolution #195-80, As Amended) Directing the City Clerk to Place a

At this time (8:04 P.M.) Mayor Gottfried declared a recess in order that
bids for uromissory notes could be opened by Financial Consultant Seegar
Swanson in the amount of $1,225,000.00.

Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Operation of the Government
and Administration of the City of Muskego for the Year 1981. Ald. Wee

Ald Van Lanen moved to reduce the Law Category, City Attorney, from 3
$24,000 to $20,000. Seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Upon roll call, Alder
Dumku, Knudsen, Radtke, Salentine, Steinberg and Weed voting "no". Ald van ~~~~n voted "aye". The motion did not carry.

Ald. Knudsen moved to reduce the Police Department, Vehicle Replacement
category of the budget 6,000, from $29,000 to $23,000. Seconded by
Ald. Van Lanen. Considerable discussion took place during which Ald.

VOUCHER APPROVAL - Ald. Weed moved for payment of general vouchers
