MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 9, 1980
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 7 35 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Steinberg, Weed, Radtke, Knudsen, Salentine and
Dumke, City Attorney Molter and Deputy Clerk Elger
Ald. Dumke moved to approve the minutes of the meeting held 8/26/80
and to have same placed on file Seconded by Ald. Weed Motion carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Ald. Weed presented the reports of the Finance Committee meetings held
9/3/80 and 9/9/80 and moved that same be accepted and placed on file
Seconded by Ald Radtke. A lengthy discussion took place between the
aldermen and Mayor as to who is liable for damages to personal property
owned by police officers while on duty at public activities within the
city. Mayor Gottfried advised that he would be meeting with Funfest
and Country Fair Days officials in the near future in an effort to
upgrade those events. The motion to accept the report carried.
Ald. Salentine presented the report of the Public Works Committee
meetinE held 9/4/80 and moved that same be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Weed. Motion carried. .

The minutes of the Plan Commission meeting held September 2, 1980
were received and placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Resolution #153-80 - The Deputy Clerk read same entitled, Authorizing
Funding of Portion of the 1980 City of Muskego Capital Budget. This

Mayor Gottfried advised of the appointment of Ald. Kenneth Steinberg

Resolution 11159-80 - The Deputy Clerk read same, entitled, Disallowance
by Ald Radtke Ald. Knudsen moved to call for the question. Seconded
of Claim of Harold Bonnert. Ald. Weed moved for adoption Seconded
by Ald. Van Lanen. Upon a roll call vote to call for the question the
motion carried with Ald. Salentine casting the only dissenting vote.

Resolution 8160-80 - The Deputy Clerk read same, entitled, Approval
of Certified Survey Map (Marvin Pellmann). Ald, Salentine moved for 4 adoption. Seconded by Ald. Weed. Upon a roll call vote the motion
carried unanimously.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Ald. Weed moved for the approval of payment of
vouchers in the amount of $85.288.34, Seconded by Ald. Dmke Upon
roll call the motion carried unanimously
LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Weed moved for the approval of Operator's
William Kassulke and Michael Sullivan. Seconded by Ald. Steinberg.
Licenses for Shirley Kucharczyk, Patricia Kassulke, Amy Tennessen,
Motion carried.
CITY OFFICIAL REPORTS'S - The Deputy Clerk read the Building Report
for the month oi August indicating four new dwelling units and total
construction in the amount of $256,609.00 Same placed on file. 0 COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS - The Deputy Clerk read
