MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 10, 1979
The meeting was called to order at 7;55 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried Also
present were Aldermen Ford, Dumke, Pienkos, Tomczyk, Weed, Salentine
and Van Lanen, City Clerk Bowyer and City Attorney Buckley.
Ald Dumke moved for the approval of the minutes of the meeting held
June 26, 1979 and place same on file Seconded by Ald Pienkos..
Motion carried.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Ald. Tomczyk presented the report of the Finance Committee meeting
held 7/10/79 and moved that same be accepted and placed on file.
Seconded by Ald Dumke. Motion carried
Ald, Van Lanen presented a report of the Public Welfare Cornittee
placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Weed. Motion carried.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
An Ordinance to Repeal and Recreate Sections 2.4(1) and (3) of Ch 18
Ordinance #376 - The Clerk gave the second reading of same, entitled,
of the Municipal Code of the City (Re Existing Substandard Lots). Ald.
Van Lanen moved for adoption Seconded by Ald. Salentine. Upon a
roll call vote the motion carried unanimously
COMMJNICATIONS FROM THE NAYOR'S OFFICE
The Clerk read Mayor Gottfried's message of Resolution 8131-79,
entitled, Declaring a Total Building Moratorium in the Northwest
majority he would move for the reconsideration of Resolution $1131-79
Sewer District. Ald Dumke indicated that because he voted in the

LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Tomczyk moved for approval of a Gathering Permit
for the Little Muskego Lake Association for July 13, 14 and 15,1979
for August 5th and for a Gathering Permit for St. Leonard's for July!
(Idle Isle) and for a Gathering Permit for St Paul's Lutheran Church
28 and 29, 1979. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried -. -
Ald. Tomczyk moved for the approval of a water ski jump in Little Muskego
Lake in the Idle Isle area from July 13th to 23rd, 1979. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke Motion carried.
Ald. Tomczyk moved for the approval of a Dump Refuse Hauling Permit
for United Waste Systems, Inc. for the year 1479-80. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Tomczyk moved for the approval of Operator's Licenses for Bern-
adine Vaughn, Mary Ellen Butz, Patrick Morrisey, Dawn York, George
McNulty, Linda Maier and Paul Schlottke. Seconded by Ald Dumke. Motion
carried.
Ald. Tomczyk moved for the approval of a Class "B" Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Audrey M. Oschmann subject

DECLARING A TOTAL BUILDING MORATORIUM
IN THE NORTHWEST SEWER DISTRICT
0 WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
a total building moratorium be adopted in the Northwest
Sewer District, and
WHEREAS, that recommendation is subject to the following
exceptions:
a
One (~1) home in Marlan Meadows Subdivision
Eleven (11) homes in Guernsey Meadows
All of the lots for which Building Permits have been
issued in the city's Industrial Park
All buildings that were granted Building Permits
prior to the adoption of the resolution
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon
the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee, does
hereby establish a building moratorium in the Northwest
Sewer District, effective immediately.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the moratorium is subject to
the following exceptions:
One (1) home in Marlan Meadows Subdivision
Eleven (11) homes in Guernsey Meadows
All of the lots for which Building Permits have been
issued in the city's Industrial Park
All buildings that were granted Building Permits
prior to the adoption of the resolution
