Resolution #88-79 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Disallowance of
Claim (J. Couture) Ald. Tomczyk moved for adoption. Second.ed by
Ald. Dumke Ald. Pienkos moved to declare a recess to give him an
opportunity to review a report from the Chief of Police regarding
the claim. Seconded by Ald. Van Lanen. Upon a roll call vote to
Weed voted "aye". Aldermen Dumke and Ford voted "no". The motion
have a recess, Aldermen Pienkos, Salentine, Tomczyk, Van Lanen and
carried. The recess began.- at 8:45 P.M. and the meeting reconvened
at 8:50 P.M. Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt Resolution
#88-79 carried unanimously.
Resolution $189-79 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Resolution Regarding
Martin Drive Reconstruction Project. Ald. Tomczyk moved for adoption.
Seconded Ly Ald. Weed. (To authorize Ruekert & Mielke to revise the
design and specifications arid to bid the project.) Upon a roll call
vote the motion carried unanimously.

call the motion tc adopt carried unaninously.
Resolution 1/91-79 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Appointment of
Citizen Member to Board of Review (~D. Neubert). Ald. Tomczyk moved
for adoption. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Upon a roll call vote the
motion to adopt carried unanimously
Resolution 1/92-79 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Appointment of

for adoption. Seconded by Ald. Pienkos The new appointment is
unanimously.
Resolution 894-79 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Authorization of
Ald. Tomczyk moved for adoption Seconded by Ald Pienkos. Upon a
Agreement Between Metro Sanitation and City of Muskego (Mill Valley)
roll call the motion carried unanimously,
Resolution 1/95-79 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Consideration of
Grievance (Jean Marenda) Ald. Ford moved for adoption Seconded
by Ald. Tomczyk. With the permission of the aldermen, Mrs. Jean
Marenda presented her grievance to the Common Council and answered
several questions from the aldermen. Ald. Pienkos moved to defer
action on Resolution $195-79 Seconded by Ald. Van Lanen. Upon a
roll call vote to defer, Aldermen Pienkos, Salentine and Van Lanen

voted "aye". Aldermen Dumke, Tomczyk, Ford and Weed voted "no".

VOUCHER APPROVAL - Ald. Tomczyk moved for the approval of payment
of general vouchers in the amount of $217,216.51. Seconded by
Ald Dumke. Upon a roll call vote the motion to pay the vouchers
carried unanimously.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald Tomczyk moved for the approval of Operators
Licenses for Timothy Klussendorf, Debra Haberland, John Goodwin,
Shireley Kilb and Randy Filter. Seconded by Ald. Weed. Motion
carried
Ald. Ford moved for the approval of a Gathering Permit for St
Leonard's Usher Society for May.18, 1979. Seconded by Ald. Van Lanen.
Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS - The Clerk read a Claim
for Damage, dated 4J9J7
claiming damages to underground cable on Racine Avenue. Same placed
9, from the Wisconsin Electric Power Company
on file. e The Clerk acknowledged receipt of a Summons of Complaint in behalf of Henry and Patricia Herdeman in regard to a recent zoning action
by the Common Council. Same referred to City Attorney.
Ald. Dumke, Chairman of the Public Sewer Committee, advised he would
like to have a special meeting of the Sewer Committee and the Welfare
Committee for the purpose of discussing problems of Bass Bay and Big
Muskego Lake in the near future.
ADJOURNMENT - Ald. Weed moved to zdjourn. Seconded by Ald. Salentine.
Notion carried, The meeting adjourned at 9:42 P M.
