CITY OF MUSKEGO
&INUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 27, 1978
The meeting was call to order at 7:40 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Dumke, Ford, Tomczyk, Schaumberg, Van Lanen,
Pienkos and Wallner, City Attorney Buckley and City Clerk Bowyer.
Ald. Pienkos moved for the approval of the rinutes of the meeting held
12/12/78, as mailed Seconded by Ald Schaumberg. Motion carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Ald. Ford presented the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held
by Ald. Wallner Motion carried. 12/27/78 and moved that same be accepted and placed on file Seconded
Ald. Pienkos presented the report of the Public Safety Committee meeting
held 12/13/78 and moved that same be accepted and placed on file.
Seconded by Ald Tomczyk. Motion carried.
Ald. Tomczyk presented the minutes of the meeting of the Public Sever
Committee held 12/18/78 and moved that same be accepted and placed on

'file. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Tomczyk presented the report of the Rules; Laws & Ord Comm meeting
held 12/13/78 and moved that same be accepted and placed on file.
Seconded by Ald. Wal-lner. Motion carried.
Aid. Dumke presented the report of the Police Building Committee meeting
held on 12/13/78 and same was received and will be placed on file.
Minutes of Plan Commission meeting held 12/19/78 were acknowledged.
UNFINISHED BUSIIiESS
Ordinance $3'57 - The Clerk read same, entitled, An Ordinance to Amend
the Zoning District Map of the City (Re: The Meadows - Lake Denoon Area).

request of Mr. Potrykus. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Upon a roll call vote
voted "aye". Aldermen Ford, Pienkos.and Van Lz.nen voted "no". fie
on the motion to amend, Aldermen Dumke, Schaumberg, Tomczyk and Wallner
motion to amend carried. Ald. Ford commented on the proposal urging
his fellow aldermen to vote against the ordinance, as amended. Mayor

Ford, Attorney Buckley clarified the number of votes required to adopt the ordinance, as amended.

NEW BUSINESS
Resolution $1246-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of Final Plat
for Sunset Farms Additi.on #l (Tom of Vernon). Ald Dumke moved for
adoption. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Upon a roll call vote the motion
carried unanimously.
8 Attornev to 1niti"ate Action for Vacation of Road Dedication (Area of
Resolution 11247-78 - The Clerk read same, enti.tled, Directing the City - Gold Drive) . Ald. Dumke moved for adoption. Seconded by Ald. Schaum-
berg. Upon a roll call vote the notion carried unanimously.
Resolution $1248-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of Mainten-
ance Agreement Between Slater Equipment Co. and City of Muskego for
Wallner Upon a roll call vote the motyon carried unanimously.
Office Equipment. Ald. Schaumberg moved for adoption. Seconded by Ald.
Resolution #249-78 - The Clerk read the rezoning petition submitted
in Sections 31 and 32 zcned R-1 and R-2 be rezoned to RS-2. The Clerk
by several Iandowners in Sections 31 and 32 requesting those lands

did not contain all of the exhibits as required in the c.ity's Zoning
Ordinance, Ald. Ford moved to amend the date of the tearing to be

motion withdrawn Ald. Ford then moved to table Resolution #249-78.
Seconded by Ald. Van Lanen. Upon a, roll call vote the motion to table
carried unanimously.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Ald. Dumke moved to approve general vouchers in
the amount of $354,402 93 payable 2/27/79 Seconded by !>.ld. Ford.
Upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
, then read Resolution 8249-78, entitled, Setting Public Hearing Date for
LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Ford moved for the approval of.Operator's
by Ald. Dumke . Motion carried.
License for Steven Barker, Tom Williams and Timo-thy Tekus. Seconded
ADJOURNKENT - Ald. Van Lanen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:03 P.M.
