CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 14, 1978
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 7 45 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Dumke, Pienkos, Tomczyk, Van Lanen, Tomczyk,
Schaumberg and Wallner. Ald. Ford was absent.
Ald Tomczyk moved to approve the minutes of the meeting held October
24, 1978, as mailed. Seconded by Ald Van Lanen. Motion carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Ald. Dumke presented the reports of the Finance committee meetings
held on 11/8/78 and 11/14/78 and moved that same be accepted and^
placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, motion carried.
Ald. Pienkos presented the report of the Public Safety Committee
meeting held 11/9/78 and moved that same be accepted and placed on
file. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion carried.
The minutes of the Plan Commission meeting held November 7, 1978, were
acknowledged and placed on file.
NEW BUSINESS
Resolution #219-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Authorizing Transfer
A,ld. Tomczyk moved to amend Resolution $1219-78 as follows: From
of Funds. Ald. Dumke moved for adoption, seconded by Ald. Wallner.
Public Works, the amount of $1,235.56. Also from Account #32005-0000,
Contingency Fund, Acct. #583-3212, Contingency Fund to Acct. #55200-1100
General Fund-Unappropriated Surplus, to Acct. #55200-1100, Public Works,
the amount of $6,764.44. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Upon a roll

Resolution #220-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Establishing 1978

Seconded by Ald. Van Lanen. Ald. Van Lana moved to defer action on
this resolution for two weeks to give aldermen an opportunity to review a
comnunicatimsubmitted by Mr. Anderson. Seconded by Ald. Wallner Upon a roll call vote the motion to defer carried.
Resolution #222-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of Certified
Survey Map (Robert Adams). Ald. Dumke moved for adoption Seconded by
Ald. Van Lanen. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
Resolution #223-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of Final
Plat (Wesf-View Subd'n - Town of Norway). Ald. Dumke moved for adoption.
Seconded by Ald. Wallner. Upon roll call the motion to adopt carried
unanimously.
Resolution #224-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of Pre-
for adoption. Seconded by Ald. Pienkos. Upon roll call the motion

carried unanimously.
Resolution 9225-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of Final
Plat and Developer's Agreement for Marlan Meadows Subdivision. Ald.
Dumke moved for adoption. Seconded by Ald Schaumberg. Ald Pienkos moved to amend this resolution by having the last paragraph read as

Resolution $1226-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of Dev-
eloper's Agreement (Sandy Knoll Subdivision) Ald. Schaumberg moved for
adoption. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Upon a roll call vote the motion
carried unanimously.
Resolution #227-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Authorizing Settle-
ment Agreement (Re: Arrington property - Lake Denoon Sewer Project).
Ald. Tomxykmoved for adoption Seconded by Ald Dumke Upon a roll
call vote the motion carried unanimously.
Resolution #228-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Authorizing Renewal
of Contract Between Associated Hospital Services and City of Muskego
for 1979 (Blue Cross - Blue Shield). Upon a roll call vote the motion
to adopt carried unanimously.
Resolution 8229-78 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Establishing Salary
of Court Clerk at Second Step of the Range. ($726.14 per mo.) Ald.
Pienkos moved for adoption. Seconded by Ald. Van Lanen Upon roll
call the motion carried unanimously.
Ordinance #364. The Clerk gave the first reading of same, entitled,
An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning District Map of the City (Sec 9 - RSM
and RS3 to RS-2).
LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Dumke moved to approve Operator's Licenses to
Terri King, John Thomas and Verda Wadephul. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk.
Motion carried.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - The Clerk read the Building Report for the
month October, 1978
in the amount of $781,296.00 for that month Report placed on file.

ADJOURNMENT - Ald Pienkos moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Van Lanen.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:46 P.M.
