MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 10, 1978 0 The meeting was called to order at 8:20 P. M. by Mayor Gottfried.
Wallner, City Attorney Buckley and Deputy Clerk Elger. Aldermen
Also present were Aldermen Dumke, Pienkos. Schaumberg, VanLanen and
Ford and Tomczyk were absent.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting
held on 12/27/77 as mailed. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg presented the reports of the Finance Committee meetings
held 1/4/78 and 1/1D/78 and moved that the reports be accepted and
placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Dumke., Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke presented the report of the Public Works Committee meeting
held 1/4/78 and moved that the reDort be accepted and placed on file.

Resolution #1-78 - The Deputy Clerk read same, entitled Approval of Final Plat of Guernsey Meadows, Addition #l. Ald. Dumke moved for
adoption, Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Upon a roll call vote,
Ald. Dumke voted I1yesB1, Ald. Pienkos,Schaumberg, VanLanen and Wallner
voted "no" and the motion lost.
Resolution #2-78 - The Deputy Clerk read same, entitled Approval of
Certified Survey Map (A. Badertscher). Ald. Dumke moved for adoption.
Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Upon a roll call vote, the motion
carried unanimously.
Resolution #3-78 - The Deputy Clerk read same, entitled Extending
Hours of Shooting for Big Muskego Gun Club for Special Shooting
Contests. Ald. Schaumberg moved for adoption. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke. Ald. Dumke spoke in favor of the extended hours and urged the
Council to adopt the resolution. Upon a roll call vote, Ald. Dumke

Ordinance #342 - The Deputy Clerk gave the first reading of same,

sewer extension. The meeting reconvened at 8:55 P. M.

unanimously. The Deputy Clerk gave the second reading of Ordinance
by Ald. .Dumke. Upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
