MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 27, 1977
The meeting was called to order at 8 02 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Dumke, Ford, Pienkos, Tomczyk, VanLanen and
Wallner, City Attorney Buckley and Deputy Clerk Elger. Aid. Schaumberg was absent.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting
held on 12/13/77, as mailed. Seconded by Ald. Ford. Motion carried.
Ald. Ford presented the report of the Finance Committee meeting held
12120177 and 12/27/77 and moved that the reports be accepted and
placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Van Lanen presented the report of the Public Welfare Committee
meeting held on 12/14/77 and moved that same be accepted and placed
on' file. Seconded by Ald. Wallner, motion carried.
Ald. Ford presented the report of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee
meeting held 12/14/77 and moved that same be accepted and placed on
file. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion carried.

Ald. Tomczyk presented the report of the Public Sewer Committee
file. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Ald. Ford clarified that portion of
the minutes referring to the Froelich property, that is, that over
four lots cannot be approved at this time because of the present
moratorium. The motion to accept the report carried.
The minutes of the Plan Commission meeting held 12120177 were
received and placed on file.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Ordinance #341 - The Deputy Clerk gave the second reading of same,
of Muskego (Lake Denoon Area - R3 to RS2.) Ald. Dumke moved for
entitled, An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning District Map of the City
adoption of Ordinance #341, seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Upon roll call
the motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Resolution #291-77 - The Deputy Clerk read same, entitled, Extending
Deadline Date for Partial Payment of 1977 Real Estate Taxes To
February 28, 1978. Ald. Ford moved for adoption, seconded by Ald.
Tomczyk. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
Resolution #292-77 - The Deputy Clerk read same, entitled, Authorizing
Refund for Erroneous Assessment to City Treasurer. Ald. Dumke moved
for adoption, seconded by Ald. Pienkos. Upon roll call the motion
carried unanimously.
Resolution #293-77 - The Deputy Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of
Certified Survey Map (J. Moser) Ald. Dumke moved for adoption, seconded
by Ald. Tomczyk. Upon roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
Developer's Agreement for Freedom Acres Addition No. 1. Ald. Tomczyk

Resolution #295-77 - The Deputy Clerk read same, entitled, Authorizing
Preventive Maintenance Agreement for Addressograph and Graphotype
adoption, seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Upon roll call the motion carried
unanimously.
Resolution #296-77 - The Deputy Clerk read same, entitled, Approval
of Claim(&nnis Rockafield). Ald. Ford moved for adoption, seconded
by Ald. Pienkos. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
Resolution #297-77 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Authorizing
Cancellation of Certain Uncollectible Accounts Payable (Rescue
Service). Ald. Dumke moved for adoption, seconded by Ald. Tomczyk.
Upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
VOUCHER APPROVAL - Ald. Ford moved for the approval of payment of
vouchers in the amount of $242,886.67, payable December 27, 1977.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Upon a roll call vote the motion to pay
the vouchers carried unanimously.
Ald. Ford moved for the approval of payment of sewer utility vouchers
in the amount of $6,139.84, payable December 27, 1977. Seconded by""
Ald. Tomczyk. Upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Ford moved for the approval of Operators
Schultz. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion carried.
License for George Thibedeau, Barbara Thibedeau and for Randall
ADJOURNMENT - Ald. Tomczyk moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Van Lanen.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8'48 P.M.
