Ald. Schaumberg presented the report of the Finance Committee meeting
held 10/19/77 and moved that the report be accepted and placed on file.

proclaiming November 17, 1977, as Great American Smokeout Day in the City of Muskego, in accordance with a request from Mr. Robert Turzinski
of Muskego and the American Cancer Society.
iJ) Mayor Gottfried advised that by the next Council meeting he will have
appointed a committee made up of representatives of various civic groups,
senior citizens, an alderman, etc. to help determine the needs and
desires of the senior citizens of Muskego.

Resolution #242-77 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Initial Resolution
Relating to Industrial Development Revenue Bond Financing on Behalf
of Precision Screw Thread Corporation (Simpson-Nelson). Ald. Schaumberg
moved for adoption, seconded by Ald. Dumke. Upon a roll call vote the
motion to adopt carried unanimously.

lation of Street Light (Pioneer and Riese Drive). Ald Schaumberg moved
carried unanimously.
Resolution nY253-77 - The Clerk read same, Establishing Traffic Regulation
(Area of Hi-View Acres Subdivision and "Stop" signs on Riese and Kristin
Drives at their intersection with Pioneer Drive). Ald Schaumberg
moved for adoption, seconded by Ald. Van Lanen. Upon roll call the
motion carried unanimously.
Resolution n"254-77 -The Clerk read same, entitled, Directing the
Muskego Police Department to Issue Citations Against Muskego Rendering
Company. Ald. Wallner moved for adoption, seconded by Ald. Van Lanen.
Ald. Ford moved to refer this resolution back to the Public Welfare
Committee for the purpose of clarification and to determine whether
amongst the aldermen and Mayor and Ald. Pienkos requested permission

seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Discussion took place and Ald Schaumberg
requested permission of his fell~ow aldermen to have Mr Tony Zinski
speak, President of the Hillview Association, speak. As there were no
objections Mr. Zinski spoke in iavor of the adoption of the resolution

LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Schaumberg moved for the approval of Operators
License for Joyce Karls. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.

receipt of a petition signed by residents of the Town of Norway
