CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 28, 1977
The meeting was called to order at 7.35 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Dumke, Ford, Pienkos, Schaumberg, Van Lanen and
Wallner, City Clerk Bowyer and City Attorney Buckley. Ald, Constantineau was absent.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting
held on June 14, 1977, as mailed. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg presented the reports of the Finance Committee meetings
held on June 22 and June 28, 1977, and moved that the reports be accepted
and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Ford, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke presented the report of the Public Works Committee meeting
held on June 23, 1977, and moved that the report be accepted and placed
on file. Seconded by Ald. Pienkos, motion carried.
Ald. Van Lanen presented the report of the Public Welfare Committee
meeting held on June 15, 1977, and moved that it be accepted and placed
on file. Seconded by Ald. Pienkos, motion carried.
Ald. Van Lanen presented the report of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance
Committee meeting held on June 15, 1977, and moved that it be accepted
and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Wallner, motion carried.
Ald. Pienkos presented the report of the Public Safety Committee meeting
held on June 13 and on June 23, 1977, and moved that the reports be
accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Wallner, motion carried.
Ald. Ford presented the report of the Public Sewer Committee meeting
held June 20, 1977, and moved that the report be accepted and placed
on file. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The minutes of the Plan Commission meeting held June 21, 1977, were
received and placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Ordinance #328 - An Ordinance to Repeal and Recreate Various Provisions
of the Zoning Regulations of Ch. 17 of the Municipal Code of the City
(Re: Accessory buildings) The City Clerk gave the second reading of

License Approval - Approval of Trap License for Hunter's Nest Black
Duck Gun Club, Inc., Alvin Simon, Agt. - Richard Bennett - Julius
Caesar and Paul Bukovic and a Rifle License for Paul Bukovic. Approval
of these licenses was deferred from meeting of 6/14/77 to give aldermen
an opportunity to meet with gun club owners and citizens concerned with
noise, traffic, etc. Upon a roll call vote to approve the above licenses, fn~ the year from 7/1/77 to 6/30/78 the motion carried with Ald. Van
Lanen casting a dissenting vote.

Resolution #139-77 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Appointment of
Member to Board of Appeals (Walter Spann). Ald. Schaumberg moved for
adoption, seconded by Ald. Ford. Upon roll call the motion carried
unanimously.
Resolution #140-77 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Appoint of Members
to Library Board (Joan Dibb, Olga Mimier, Ruth Leichtfuss, June Wolf and
Ed Turzinski). Ald. Dumke moved for adoption, seco'nded by Ald. Pienkos.

LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Schaumberg moved for the approval of "Gathering"
Permits for St. Leonard's Holy Name for July 30th and 31, 1977, for
St. Paul's Lutheran Church for August 7, 1977, and for the Little Muskego
Lake Association-Idle Isle Park, for August 6th and 7th. Seconded by
Ald. Pienkos, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved for the approval of Dump Refuse Hauling Permit
for Re1 Sanitation, Town & Country Disposal and Moeller Disposal, Inc.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. SdAmberg moved for the approval of operation of a popcorn truck
in the city. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved for the approval of Operator's License for Robin
