MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 14, 1977

, Ald. Bchaumberg moved to approve the minutes gf the previous meeting
held on May 24, 1977, as mailed. Seconded by 'Ald. Pienkos, motion ,a carried.
Ald. Bchaumberg presented the report of the Finance Committee meeting
and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.

Mayor Gottfried requested that Resolution #131-77, entitled, Honoring
Muskego's AFS Student - Aguila Pienda, be acted on at this time. As
there were no objections, the Deputy Clerk read the resolution. Ald.
Pienkos moved for adoption, seconded by Ald. Van Lanen. Upon a roll
call vote the motion to adopt carried unanimouely. Mayor Gottfried
presented Miss Pineda with a brass key to the city as a Fememberance
of Resolution #131-77.
Ald. Van Lanen presented the report of the Public Welfare Committee . meeting held on.June 1, 1977, (special meeting) and moved that the report be accepted and laced on file. Seconded by Ald. Pienkos. Ald. Schaum- berg questioned e hat portion of the minutes relnting to the qualification of well drillers who might do work in the city. Discussion centered
around the licensing of well drillers. Aldermen Ford and Dumke expressed

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Resolution $126-77 - Transfer of Funds (Industrial Park). This
meeting to give the aldermen an opportunity to review view E.M. Boerke's
resolution was on the floor and had been deferred from the May 24th
future plans for industrial park promotion. As there were no objections, Mr. J. Michael Mooney of the E.M. Boerke Company, reviewed the 1976
promotion expenditures and their anticipated promotional plans for 1977.

Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt Resolution #126-77 carried
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor Gottfried reviewed with the aldermen the purpose of Resolution
#138-97, forthcoming at this' meeting, indicating that although there is
no water crisis the city must look to the far distant future to deter-
mine how water would be supplied to its residents if it became necessary.

, CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - The Deputy Clerk gave the Building Report
for the month of May, 1977, indicating 18 new dwellings and total
placed on file. construction costs in the amount of $949,189.84 for that month. Report
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS - The Deputy Clerk read
a communication from Mr. John Jahnke, Jahnke &'Jahnke Associates, Inc.
or not sanitary sewer capacity is available to service 40 acres of dated May 31, 1977, directed to the Common Council, requesting whether
the Dale Dawson property in Section 5. Communication referred to the
Sewer Committee.
