CITY OF MUSKEGO a' MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 12, 1977
The meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Constantineau, Colburn, Dumke, Ford, Pienkos,
Schaumberg and Wallner, City Attorney John Buckley and City Clerk

Resolution #82-77 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Acceptance of Low
Bid for New Highway Truck. Ald. Colburn moved for adoption, seconded
by Ald. Constantineau. Ald. Constantineau moved to amend Resolution
#82-77 by have the Fifth paragraph read as follows; "THEREFORE, BE
IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby
highway truck equipped with snowplow, material spreader and diesel accept the bid of International Harvester Co. for a new 1977 Model

An Ordinance to Amend Ch. 16, Section 16.22 of the Municipal Code (Re

St. Leonard's Home & School for April 16, 1977. Seconded by Ald.
Pienkos, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved for the approval of Class "B" Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Earl Goll. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
CITY OFFICIAL'S REPORTS - The Clerk read the Building Report for the
month of March, 1977, indicating 19 dwelling units and other
miscellaneous building permits reflecting total construction costs
in the amount of $1,080,530.'00.Report placed on file.
CO!vlMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS - The Clerk read a
Frederick Gille, requesting legal lot status for a parcel of land
communication from Attorney T. Michael Schober, representing Mr.
owned by Mr. Gille located in the SW+ Section 21. Same referred to 0 the Plan Commission.
Since Ald. Colburn would be absent from the Organizational h1eeting
work as an alderman and extended his best wishes to him in the future.

Ald. Colburn thanked the Mayor, his fellow aldermen and city employees
for cooperation given him the years he served as alderman and he
extended his congratulations to his successor, Thomas J. Van Lanen.

stantineau. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9.04 P.M.
