MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 22, 1977
The meeting was called to order at 7:39 P.M. by Mayor Jerome J.
Gottfried. Also present were Aldermen Constantineau, Colburn, Ford,
Dumke, Pienkos. Schaumberg and Wallner, City Attorney John Buckley
and City Clerk Bette J. Bowyer.
Ald. Pienkos moved for the approval of the minutes of the previous
meeting, as mailed. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg presented the-report of the Finance Committee
meeting held -2122177 -and moved that it be approved and placed on

meeting held on 2/9/77 and moved that it be accepted and placed on
file. Seconded by Ald. Constantineau, motion carried.
Ald. Constantineau presented the report of the Rules, Laws &

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Resolution nY22-77 - Denial of Legal Status (Lots 3 and 4, Muskego
Shores Subdivision - W. Anderson) Because Plan Commission did not
have its regular meeting Ald. Colburn again moved to defer action
on same for two.weeks. Seconded by Ald. Constantineau-. Upon a roll
call vote the motion to defer carried unanimously.
Resolution #23-77 - Approval of Preliminary Plat (Wildflower) This
resolution is on the floor and had been deferred for two weeks until
the matter of the right-of-way to Prospect Drive and the dedication
of Outlot #1 clarified. Discussion followed regarding the two
by adding the following conditions: (5) That Outlot #1 be deeded to

further amend Resolution $23-77 by Ald. Colburn, Aldermen Colburn
Pienkos and Wallner voted "aye". Aldermen Constantineau, Dumke,
Ford and Schaumberg voted "no". The motion to further amend did not
carry. Upon a roll call vote to adopt Resolution $23-77, As Amended,
the motion carried unanimously.

Seconded by Ald. Ford. Following discussion, upon a roll call vote
to adopt Resolution #27-77 Aldermen Colburn, Constantineau, Ford,

date March 22, 1977, at 7 00 P.M. and 7:15 P.M. respectively). Ald.
Colburn moved for adoption, seconded by Ald. Pienkos. Upon a roll
