MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON DECEMBEC 7, 1976
The meeting was called to order at 7:lO P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Constantineau, Colbum, Dumke, Pienkos, Schaumberg
and Wallner, City Attorney John Buckley and City Clerk Bette Bowyer.
Ald. Ford was absent.
Ordinance #321 - Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Operation
of the Government and Administration of the City of Muskego for the
Year 1977. Ald. Schaumberg moved to suspend the rules that would
interfere with the adoption of this ordinance at this special meeting.
Seconded by Ald. Constantineau. Upon roll call the motion to suspend
the rules carried unanimously. The Clerk gave the first reading of
Ordinance i/321. Ald. Schaumberg moved to suspend the rules to permit
the second reading of Ordinance #321. Seconded by Ald. Constantineau.
Upon a roll call vote the motion to suspend the rules carried unanimously.
The Clerk gave the second reading of the ordinance. Ald. Colbum moved
for the adoption of Ordinance #321. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Upon
a roll call vote the motion to adopt Ordinance #321 carried unanimously.
Voucher approval - Ald. Schaumberg moved for the approval of payment
of general vouchers in the amount of $4800.00. Seconded by Ald. Dumke.
Upon a roll call vote the motion to pay the vouchers carried unanimously.
At this time Ald. Wallner moved for the reconsideration of Ordinance l/321,
entitled, Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Operation of the
Government and Administration of the City of Muskego for the Year 1977.
Motion seconded by Ald. Pienkos.
At 7~33 P.M. Mayor Gottfried declared a five minute recess and the
meeting reconvened at 7~38 P.M.
Upon a roll call vote to reconsider Ordinance $1321 Aldermen Colbum,
Constantineau, Dumke, Pienkos and Schaumberg voted "no". Ald. Wallner
voted "aye". The motion to reconsider did not carry.
ADJOURNMENT - Ald. Colbum moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Constantineau,
motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
