MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 25, 1975
The meeting was called to order at 7~50 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also

present were Aldermen Colbum, Dumke, Foldy, Knudsen and Wallner, City
Attorney John P. Buckley and City Clerk Bette J. Bowyer. Aldermen Ford
and Schaumberg were absent.
Ald. Foldy moved for the approval of the minutes of the meeting held 11/11/75
and to have them placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Knudsen, motion carried.
a Aid. Dumke presented th$ reports of the Finance Committee meetings held on
11/19/75 and 11125175 +d moved that they be accepted and placed on file.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke; motion carried.
Ald. Dumke presented the report of the Public Works Committee meeting held
11/20/75 and moved that it be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Ald.
Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Colbum presented the report of the Public Safety Committee meeting
held 11/20/75 and moved that it be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
l The Plan Commission minutes of meeting held 11/11/75 were received and
placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Resolution i/241-75 - Approval of Operational & Development,Plans of Wauer
Sanitary Landfill. This resolution is on the floor and Ald. Knudsen
moved to again defer action on same for two weeks to have it further reviewed
by the Public Welfare Committee. Seconded by Ald. Colburn, motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor Gottfried reminded the aldermen of the forthcoming annual city
Christmas Party to be held on December 11, 1975 at the Muskego Lakes Country
Club.

- Granting a Permit to Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin, Inc.
ate a Portable Asphalt Plant. The Clerk read the resolution. Ald.
Colburn moved for adoption, seconded by Ald. Foldy. Upon roll call the motion
to adopt carried unanimously.
Resolution j/255-75 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of Legal Lot .
Status (E. Broberg). Ald. Foldy moved for adoption, seconded by Aid. Wallner.
Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously. (Said lots located in Oak
Ridge Unrecorded Subdivision).
Resolution j/256-75 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Approval of Revised Plans
for Pioneer Centre - Phase II. Ald. Knudsen moved for adoption, seconded by
Ald. Foldy. Following a short discussion regarding the separation.of Phase I
and Phase II of the development, Ald. F.o ldy moved to amend the resolution
by adding the following to the fifth paragraph, "pending a review by the City

Attorney of the legal separation document." Seconded by Ald. Wallner, Upon
a roll call vote to amend Resolution $1256-75 the motion carried unanimously.
Upon a roll call vote to adopt Resolution i/256-75, As Amended, the motion

Resol,ution #257-75, - 'The Cle,rk read same, entitled, Establishing Positions
for Park and Recreation Department (Park & Recreation Director and Park
Maintenance Foreman). Ald. Foldy moved for adoption, seconded,by Ald. Dumke.
A lengthy discussion followed with Ald. Knudsen speaking as being opposed
to the creating of the Park Maintenance Foreman position at this time. He
therefore moved to amend Resolution i/257-75 by deleting the Park Maintenance
Foreman position from the resolution. Seconded by Ald. Wallner. Following
further discussion, upon a roll call 'vote 'to ame:nd Resolution l/257-75, Alder-
men Colburn, Dumke and Foldy voted "norr. Ald~ermen Knudsen and Wallner l voted "aye". The motion tn amend did not carry,. Upon a roll call vote to
adopt Resolutions #257-75 the motion carried with Ald. Wallner casting a
dissenting vote,
Resolution #258-75 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Authorizing a Service
Agreement for Police Department Copy Machine Between City of Muskego and
Savin Sales Corporation, Ald. Foldy moved for adoption, seconded by Ald.
Colburn. Upon roll call the motion to adopt carried unanimously.
Resolution #259~75 - The Clerk read same, entitled, Authorizing the Advertising
of Bids for Five New Squad Cars, Ald. Colbum moved for adoption, seconded
by Aid, Wallner. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
a VOUCHER APPROVAL - Ald. Foldy moved for the approval of payment of general
vouchers in the amount of $298,848.87 and sewer utility vouchers in the
amount of $13,345.70, payable 11/26/75. Seconded by Ald. Wallner. Upon a
roll call vote the motion to pay the vouchers carried unanimously.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Dumke moved for the approval of an Operators License
for Albert Miller. Seconded by Ald. Colbum. Motion carried.
Ald. Colburn moved for the approval of L,akeriders Snowmobile Club to serve
fermented malt beverage at Christmas Party on December 13, 1975 at Jensen
Center. Seconded by Ald. Colbum. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT- - Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion
carried, The meeting adjourned at 9:05 P.M,
