MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 22, 1975
The meeting was called to order at 7~43 P. M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also present were Aldermen Colbum, Dumke, Foldy, Ford and Wallner, City A&t;lrn;ypBucMkley and City Clerk Bette J. Bowyer. Ald. Schaumberg arrived : . .
Ald. Foldy moved to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 4/S/75 and of the organizational meeting held on 4/15/75 and that they be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke presented the report on 4116175 and moved that of the Finance Committee meeting held It.: be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
Ald. Ford presented the reports of the Public Works Committee meetings held on 3120175 and 4117175 and moved that they be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg. Motion carried.
Ald. Colbum presented the report of the Public Welfare Committee meeting held on 4/10/75 and moved that it be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Wallner. Motion carried.
Ald. Colbum presented the report of the Public Sewer Committee meeting held on 4117175 and moved that it be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Ald. Wallner. Motion carried.
The minutes of the Plan Cormnission meeting held on 4115175 were received and placed on file.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Sgt. Duwayne Dzibinski appeared to express his appreciation to the Common Council for permitting him to attend the F.B.I. Academy in Virginia.
Mayor Gottfried advised that Ed Subel had resigned as bicentennial chairman and Delores Papke has been appointed in his place.

Mayor Gottfried declared recess .at 8:51 P. M. and the meeting recon- vened at 9:05 P. M.
Resolution #122-75 - Ald. Foldy moved to suspend the-rules that would interfere with the introduction of Resolution #122-75, Ald. Schaumberg seconded and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. The Clerk read Resolution i/122-75 entitled Establishing Public Hearing and Assessment Ordinance for West Tower Drive. Ald. Schaumberg moved for adoption. Ald. Foldy seconded. Ald. Schaumberg moved to amend Resolution 8122-75 in the fifth paragraph, same to read ".....cost amounting to $360.00 per parcel, and". Ald. Dumke seconded and the motion carried upon a voice vote. Upon a roll call vote to adopt Resolution 9122-75, Ald. Colbum, Dumke, Foldy, Ford and Schaumberg voted "yes", Ald. Wallner voted "no" and the motion carried.
Resolution 8123-75 - Ald. Dumke moved to suspend the rules that would interfere with the introduction of Resolution j/123-75, Ald. Foldy seconded and upon a roll call vote, The Clerk read same, the motion carried unanimously. entitled Acceptance of Low Bid for Grading Roads in Muskego Business/Industrial Park. Ald. Schaumberg moved for adoption, Ald. Ford seconded and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.

VOUCHER APPROVAL - Ald. Schaumberg moved for approval of payment of vouchers (sewer utility) in the amount of $37,872.56. Ald. Dumke seconded and the motion carried unanimously upon a roll call vote. Ald. Schaumberg moved to approve payment of general vouchers in the amount of $503,010.53. Ald. Foldy seconded and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
LICENSE APPROVAL - Ald. Schaumberg moved to approve Operators Licenses for Julius Erno, Roxanne Hummer, Lois Grabske, Donald Dixon and Bonnie Dixon. Ald. Dumke seconded and the motion carried upon a voice vote. Ald. Schaumberg moved to approve an Operators License for Albert Meinen subject to receipt of favorable medical report. Ald. Foldy seconded and the motion carried upon a voice vote.
COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
Mayor Gottfried suggested that the committee chairmen notify the Clerk or Deputy Clerk of any meeting cancellations so that they can be removed from the calendar on the bulletin board.
ADJOURNMENT - Ald. Colbum moved for adjournment at 9:25 P. M. Ald. Dumke seconded and the motion carried.
