COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO - NOVEMBER 5, 1973 COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE WHOLE
The meeting was called to order at 7:l+O P.M. by Mayor Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Ford, Knudsen, Schaumberg, Foldy, Czarnecki, and 'Wallner. Also present was City Clerk Bowyer. Absent was Ald. Dumke.
The proposed 1974 City of Muskego Budget was reviewed in its entirety. Several questions we're asked as to the use of a AB Dick machine at the Police Department, Police Chief's car expense, the maintenance of city-owned vehicles and equipment, the possible purchase of new
voting machines, the Building Inspection Department, etc.
Ald. Foldy moved to present the proposed 1974. budget in the amount of $2,598,769.74 (proposed tax rate to be $2.86) to the public at a public hearing to be held on November 19, 1973. Seconded by Ald. Czarnecki, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council adoption of the proposed 1974 budget. Seconded by Ald. Ford. Upon roll call the motion
carried unanimously
Ald. Wallner moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Ford, Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 1l:lt.O P.M.
