MINUIES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD OCTOBER 30, 1969
CITY HALL
Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 7:50 P. M.
PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Aldermen Robert Burgermeister,
Edmund Budish, Frank Narlock. Lois Sapp, Emmett O'Connell, City
Attorney John.Buckley and Deputy Clerk-June Elger. Alderman
Harold DeBack arrived at 8:05 P. M.
ABSENT: Walter Wollman, Alderman, and Bette J. Bowyer, City
Mayor Wieselmann advised that the special meeting had
been called in order for Mr. Seegar Swanson, representative
of Ehlers & Associates, Inc., to present the financial plan
resulting from studies recently made by this firm at the direction of the Common Council.
Mr. Swanson appeared and reviewed the Finance Plan for
the City of Muskego dated October22, 1969, which had been
presented in booklet form to the Council members. He advised
that this should be considered a preliminary report as
revisions in Assessment B bonds had recently been passed by
the state legislature, that in three weeks he will be
prepared to give a final report which will include the
availibility of Assessment B bonds.
ADJOURNMENT: Ald. Narlock moved for adjournment, Ald. Sapp
seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 9:45 P. M.

FROM: Mayor Donald E. wieselmann
There will be a special meeting of the Common Council of the
City of Muskego on Thursday evening, October 30, 1969, at
7:30 P.M. Mr. Seegar Swanson, Jr. of Ehlers & Associates
will present the Financial Report and any other business
that may come before the Council may be taken care of at
that time.
