MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON APRI 1, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 8:5( ?.M. by Mayor Wieselmann.
I) PRESENT - Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Aldc nen Robert Burgermeister,
Edmund Budish, Kenneth Cooley, Harold I 3ack, Roland Linck, Frank
Narlock and Walter Wollman. Also press t were Deputy City Clerk
June Elger and City Attorney John P. Bl cley.
Mayor Wieselmann explained that the spt ial meeting was called for
the purpose of considering the Alyce Nt E case.
Attorney Buckley read the Stipulation 1 at had been sent to Mrs.
Neff, signed by her and returned to hin He also read her letter
dated March 27, 1969 directed to himse: from Alyce T. Neff in
which she submitted her resignation frc the Office of Municipal
Justice of the City of Muskego.
Resolution #39-69 - Attorney Buckley rt i Resolution i/39-69, entitled,
Accepting Resignation of Alyce Tallman sff. Ald. Cooley moved to
suspend the rules that would interfere ith the adoption of Resolution
#39-69. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. UPC a roll call vote, the motion
to suspend the rules carried unanimous' . Ald. Narlock moved for the
adoption of Resolution j/39-69. Second< by Ald. DeBack. Upon a roll
call vote, the motion to adopt Resolutj 1 839-69 carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT - Ald. Burgermeister moved 3 adjourn the meeting. Seconded
by Ald. Budish. Motion carried. The D eting adjourned at 9:lO P.M.
