ccm19681029COMMON COUNCIL CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF ADJOURNED MEETING OF OCTOBER 22, 1968 HELD ON OCTOBER 29, 1968 The meeting was called to order at 750 P.M. P.M. by Mayor Wieselmann a PRESENT - Mayor Wieselmann, Aldermen Edmund Budish, Robert Burgenneister, Harold DeBack, Frank Narlock, Roland Linck and Walter Wollman. Also a present were City Attorney John P. Buckley and City Clerk Better Bowyer. ABSENT: Ald. Kenneth Cooley NEW BUSINESS' 6 Ordinance i/128 - An Ordinance Providing for the Issuance and Sale of $320,000.00 Sewerage System Mortgage Revenue Bonds of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and Providing for the Payment of Said Bonds and Other Details With Respect Thereto. Ald. Budish moved to suspend the rules that would allow Ordinance 11128 to be brought to the floor. Seconded by Ald. Burgenneister. Upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. The Clerk gave the first reading of Ordinance #128. Ald. Burgermeister moved to suspend the rules that would interfere with the adoption of Ordinance l/128. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Upon a roll call vote, the motion to suspend the rules carried unanimously. The Clerk gave the second reading of Ordinance #128. Ald. Wollman moved for the adoption of Ordinance #128. Seconded hy Ald. Burgermeister. Upon a roll call vote, #128 carried unanimously. the motion to adopt Ordinance COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANSOUS BUSINESS Ald. Budish moved to set a Public Hearing date for Tuesday, December 3, 1968, 7:30 P.M. to be held in the All Purpose room of the High School to consider the rezoning request from Bristol Oaks Country Club in Section 26. Seconded by Ald. Linck. Upon a voice vote, the motion carried. Mayor Wieselmann announced that due to conflicting dates, the Common Council Meeting of the Whole for the purpose of discussing the City of Muskego Budget would be held on Thursday, November 7, 1968, at 8:00 P.M. The Clerk read a communication from Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin, Inc. a directed to the Common Council of the City of Muskego regarding a Temporary Permit to operate an asphalt plant. Communication referred to the Plan Commission. ADJOURNMENT Ald. Budish moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Ald. Wollman. The meeting adjourned at 8:OB P.M.
