Comments will be limited to three minutes per speaker per agenda item. There will be no discussion by/with the Common Council during Public Comment. CONSENT AGENDA Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Council member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. A Closed Session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of 19.85(1)(g) Wis. Stats., Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is Common Council Agenda 3 February 13, 2018 rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Upon conclusion of the Closed Session, the Common Council will convene in Open Session to consider its public agenda, including motions to recommend approval or rejection of the above-listed deliberations or any of the public agenda items that have not been acted upon. OPEN SESSION NEW BUSINESS Discussion and possible action regarding matters discussed in closed session, including resolution as to: --Current Litigation - Christoforo and Anna La Marca vs. the City of Muskego --Notice of Claim of Christoforo and Anna La Marca FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW ADJOURNMENT NOTICE IT IS POSSIBLE THAT MEMBERS OF AND POSSIBLY A QUORUM OF MEMBERS OF OTHER GOVERNMENTAL BODIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE ABOVE-STATED MEETING TO GATHER INFORMATION; NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY ANY GOVERNMENTAL BODY AT THE ABOVE-STATED MEETING OTHER THAN THE GOVERNMENTAL BODY SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO ABOVE IN THIS NOTICE.
