PUBLIC COMMENT City Residents and Taxpayers Only – limited to items under Consent, Resolutions

PUBLIC HEARING
To consider petition of Curt Klenz, on behalf of Carl Wauer, to rezone property on Janesville Road
(known as part of Tax Key Number 2229.989) from M-3 - Landfill & Extractive District to M-2 - General
Industrial District and to grant a 2020 Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Landfill and
Extractive to Industrial for the purpose of a future land division and construction of an auto repair
facility.
CONSENT AGENDA Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without
discussion unless any Council member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That
item then can be acted on separately at the same meeting under the part of the meeting it would normally
