discussion by/with the Common Council during Public Comment.
PUBLIC HEARING
To consider the petition of Mary Casey to rezone property known as Tax Key Number 2174.991 located
at S63 W18603 Martin Drive, from RS-2 - Suburban Residence District to B-1 - Neighborhood
Convenience District and to grant a 2020 Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Medium Density
Residential to Commercial for the purpose of future business/commercial uses.

discussion unless any Council member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That
item then can be acted on separately at the same meeting under the part of the meeting it would normally
