District and to grant a 2010 Comprehensive Plan Amendment from low density residential
to business park for the purpose of allowing future business uses and to rezone property
on College Avenue, east of Moorland Road, from BP-1 - Business and Office Park
Support District to BP-3 - Business Park District for the purpose of allowing future
business uses.
