PUBLIC HEARING To consider implementation of a four-month moratorium on land divisions, rezoning petitions, and 2010 Plan Map amendments with provisions for possible future extensions. Said moratorium applies to certain parcels, which primarily consist of rural, agricultural, and conservation properties. CONSENT AGENDA Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Council member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item then can be acted on separately at the same meeting under the part of the meeting it would normally appear. Stats. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically filling position of City Engineer/Coordinator of Public Works Projects. Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items.
