PUBLIC HEARING To consider petition of Alvin Basse to amend the Basse Planned Development (PD-42 Zoning District) located along the north side of Janesville Road from Bay Lane Drive to Martin Drive. The current Planned Development zoning is already in place and a development is now proposed for these properties that requires amendments to the existing Planned Development. CONSENT AGENDA Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Council member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item then can be acted on separately at the same meeting under the part of the meeting it would normally appear.
