STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING
To hear any comments on the proposed complete revision to the City’s Chapter 17 Zoning
Ordinance text and Official Zoning Map. Comments can also be given relating to the supporting
revisions to other adopted ordinances and plans including the following: Changes to the 2010
Comprehensive Plan Map (Tax Key Numbers 2177.996, 2178.997, & 2178.997.001 changing
from Industrial and High Density Residential Uses to Commercial Uses) and certain ordinances
in the Chapter 18 Land Division Ordinance (Sections 18.08, 18.21(5), 18.23, 18.26, 18.27,
18.31(3)(i)(2)c, 18.31(3)(i)(3)d, 18.31(3)(l)2, 18.33(3)f, 18.42(4), 18.46(2)c, 18.50, 18.72(8-10),
18.81(2), 18.82(1 and 3) & (4), 18.90, 18.102(7-9)), and the Chapter 36 Wireless Facilities
Ordinance (Sections 36.04(4)a & 36.04(5)b).

NOTICE
It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the
municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be
taken by any governmental body at the above -stated meeting other than the governmental body
specifically referred to above in this notice.
Also, upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals
