STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following the Public Hearing, the Common Council will convene, upon passage of
the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:
1. Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering
oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is
or is likely to become involved, more specifically the Notice of Claim from William Carity regarding fill
material at Northfield Green development.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session to
continue with agenda items.
Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law,
the Common Council will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:

or is likely to become involved, more specifically termination of lease with the Muskego Historical
Society, Inc.

Please take notice that following Resolution #101-2006, the Common Council will convene, upon
passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:
3. Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(f) Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data
of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of
charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be
likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories
or data, or involved in such problems or investigations, more specifically discussion of pending duty
disability claim.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session to
continue with agenda items.
