STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law,
the Common Council will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:
Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or
written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is
likely to become involved, more specifically the Notice of Claim from William Carity regarding fill material
at Northfield Green development.
Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of
public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons
require a closed session, more specifically labor union negotiations.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session to
continue with agenda items.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
To consider petition of the City of Muskego to amend Section 17:9.08 (7) C. 4. of the zoning code
pertaining to the multifamily use of an existing structure within the OLR overlay district and to consider
petition to rezone certain properties that have a Lake Recreation Overlay (OLR) by removing the overlay
from the parcels.
To consider the levying of special assessments for McShane Drive from Durham Drive to Fairfield Drive
Water Improvement Project MW-33-06 - Assessment District “
CONSENT AGENDA Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion
unless any Council member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item then can be acted
on separately at the same meeting under the part of the meeting it would normally appear.
