NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Review of Committee Reports, the Common Council will convene, upon
passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:
Closed Session No. 1: Wis. Stats. §19.85 (1)(g), Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental
body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect
to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, more specifically Notice of Claim from the
Department of Natural Resources and Notice of Claim from William Carity regarding fill material at
Northfield Green residential development.
*Closed Session No. 2: Wis. Stats. §19.85 (1)(g) Wis. Stats., Conferring with legal counsel for the
governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body
with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, more specifically Separation
Agreement and Release for Laura Becker.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session to
continue with agenda items.
