NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Review of Committee Reports, the Common Council will convene, upon
passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:
19.85(1)(e) Wis. Statutes. Deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public
funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a
closed session; more specifically negotiations regarding the Intermunicipal Agreement with the City of New
Berlin for the Tess Corners Creek North Drainage Basin. Action may be taken in closed session. The
Common Council will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items.
