NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following the initial New Business items, the Common Council will convene upon
passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to: §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business,
whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; more specifically purchase of Ewald-
Engel property for conservation purposes. Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will
then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items.
Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business As Authorized by Law, the
Common Council will convene upon passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to: 19.85(1)(c)
Wis. Stats., Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically the
2004 - 2005 Labor Agreements for all bargaining units. Action may be taken in closed session. The Common
Council will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items.
