for the O’Malley Investments, Inc. parcel located at the northeast corner of STH
45 and STH 36 in the NE 1/4 of Section 25.
7:20 PM To consider termination of a conditional use permit for a gasoline service station
for the Loomis-Martin LLC parcel located at the southeast corner of STH 45 and
STH 36 in the NE 1/4 of Section 25.
7:25 PM To consider termination of a conditional use permit for a car wash for the Loomis-
Martin LLC parcel located at the southeast corner of STH 45 and STH 36 in the
NE 1/4 of Section 25.

NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law, the Common
Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:
No. 1 §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or
conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; more
specifically purchase of Ethel Martin property for expansion of Park Arthur. Action may be taken in closed session. The
Common Council will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items.
