NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Old Business, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene,
upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:
§19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or
conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session; more specifically purchase of Somogji property *located at W180 S7799 Pioneer Drive.

session; more specifically purchase of property adjacent to Parks Headquarters Building (W180 S7732
Pioneer Drive). *The property to be purchased is located at W179 S7726 Pioneer Drive (Tax Key
#2196.988).
Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session to
continue with agenda items.
