NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Reso. #67-2001, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will
convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:
§19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or
conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session; more specifically land purchase for community center site.
