INFORMATIONAL PUBLIC HEARING To consider petition of the Public Utilities Committee to amend Chapter 21 (Sewer Utility Code) of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego, including but not limited to the method and basis of billing of sewer usage. REGULAR MEETING immediately following the public hearings LOCATION Muskego Public Library - Rooms 4 and 5 S73 W16663 Janesville Road, Muskego, Wisconsin CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 6/27/2000 NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION Please take notice that following Old Business, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to: 1. §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, more specifically matter of City of Muskego logo. 2. §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; more specifically land purchase for community center site. Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items.
