Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business As Authorized by Law,
the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into
closed session pursuant to:
No. 1 §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data
of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility,
more specifically compensation and classification study and labor negotiations for represented
employees (AFSCME).
* Previously noted closed session No. 2 removed.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session for
the purpose of adjournment.
